The Arctran Corporation offers different services using its
Centralised Blocking Alarm System and Multipurpose Voting Mechanism

ABOUT US

The Arctran Corporation is part of the Arctran Group, which is a group of companies that offer a number of different services using the Arctran Centralised Blocking Alarm System and the Multipurpose Voting System.

The goal of Arctran is too keep you safe from any kind of cybercrime attack (man-in-the-middle, credentials robbery, etc). Our services are available to corporates and private individuals.

Arctran aims to put users in control of activities conducted in businesses enrolled in the Arctran Security Program. Though not being conceived as a single sign-on system or a standalone authentication provider, the solution does assist the process of presenting some evidence of an individual identity to a second entity. So Arctran goals are pretty aligned with authentication in the most orthodox sense. In fact, supporting the implementation of a Two Factor Authentication (TFA) deployment is one of the demoed use-cases of the Arctran Security System.

Of the three well known categories of authentication factors,

  • Knowledge: something the user knows.
  • Possession: something the user has.
  • Inherence: something the user is.

Arctran complies with the first and second elements in the list, by corroborating the customer credentials and acceptance PIN, and by verifying the “voting vehicle” (the trusted authorisation device).
