The Arctran Group has instructed attorneys in the following jurisdictions to enter the national phase from its International Patent Application No. PCT/EP2013/055478: Australia Brazil Canada India Israel Japan Mexico New Zealand China South Korea Russia Singapore South Africa United Arab Emirates Nigeria Egypt Ukraine Colombia Indonesia United States In addition, considering the 38 designated states in the European patent application – already in the regional phase – Arctran has sought patent protection in 58 countries, comprising over 4.5 billions of potential users.

Arctran International (PCT) Patent Application No. PCT/EP2013/055478 has entered the regional phase at the European Patent Office. The 38 designated states in the European patent application are: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.  

On 15 March 2013 the Arctran Group filed for International (PCT) Patent Application No. PCT/EP2013/055478. On 26 September 2013 this application was published under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) with International Publication Number WO 2013/139710 A1.
